The Horse and The Snail - Bedtime Story

Once upon a time, there was a fast and proud animal who loved racing around the meadow. This creature would gallop through the fields, feeling the wind rush through its fur, always boasting about how quick it was.

One day, it saw a tiny creature slowly moving across the grass, leaving a tiny trail behind. The fast one laughed and teased the little creature for being so slow. The small one smiled and said, “I may be slow, but I get there in my own way.”

The fast one thought this was silly and challenged the small creature to a race. Confident in winning, the fast one raced ahead and soon stopped to rest under a shady tree.

Meanwhile, the small creature continued its steady pace, moving slowly but surely. It passed flowers, rocks, and streams, enjoying the journey.

When the fast one woke up, it realized the small creature was nearly at the finish line! In a rush, the fast one tried to catch up, but it was too late. The small one had already finished the race.

Out of breath, the fast one learned that sometimes taking it slow and steady is the best way. From that day on, it took the time to appreciate the journey and not just the destination.

Can you guess the story. It was about a horse and a snail.

Moral of the Story : Sometimes, slow and steady wins the race. It's not always about being the fastest, but about being patient, enjoying the journey, and staying steady in your efforts.
